All About Tranquilo Farms
The idea of Tranquilo Farms was born out of a desire to bring unique and uncommon houseplants to Kingman, Arizona, and beyond.
We love plants that are different from what you’d typically find at big box stores. The health and care of our plants are of the utmost importance; all our plants are carefully inspected to ensure they are strong, healthy, and pest-free. We believe that caring for houseplants offers endless benefits, from understanding growth cycles to appreciating beauty and novelty, and experiencing the rewards of long-term care.
“Tranquilo” is Spanish for “tranquil,” synonymous with peace and calm. Tranquilo Farms embodies the belief that plants bring serenity to our lives, reminding us to slow down and appreciate the small things, including our connection with nature.
What better way to do this than by bringing a little piece of nature indoors to enjoy every day?

~Kelli

I grow plants for many reasons: to please my eye or to please my soul, to challenge the elements or to challenge my patience, for novelty or for nostalgia, but mostly for the joy in seeing them grow.”
