People often ask me why I have so many plants, and my answer is always the same: because they make me feel alive. Studies have shown that plants improve air quality, reduce stress, and boost mood—and I can personally attest to that. Every time I water, prune, or simply sit near them, I feel more connected to nature, even when I’m indoors.
